Nanopower Semiconductor AS is a limited liability company incorporated in Norway.
The company has a wholly-owned subsidiary for our operations in Portugal, Nanopower Unipessoal Lda.

Nanopower Semiconductor AS is owned by a group of experienced private tech investors, mainly from Norway, together with founders and employees.

All investors hold shares in Nanopower Semiconductor AS, and the shares are registered in the Norwegian securities register.

Shareholder communication

We strive to communicate status, progress, and setbacks in a clear and open manner with our shareholders on a regular basis.

All written communication is in English to accommodate our non-Norwegian owners.
