Nanopower Semiconductor AS, today announced the appointment of Svein-Egil Nielsen as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Nielsen has served as Chair of the Board since January, working closely with the management team and gaining deep insight into Nanopower’s technology, customers, and growth potential. He brings extensive executive experience from the semiconductor industry, including senior leadership roles as CTO of Nordic Semiconductor, where he contributed to building the company into a global market leader in low-power wireless solutions.
Nanopower development is part-funded through EU’s European Innovation Council.
