We are excited to announce the appointment of Susnata Banerjee (Sus among friend) as Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of diverse experience, Sus brings expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and M&A from leadership roles at companies like TruTrip, Agreena, BCG (Boston Consulting Group), and Unilever. He has a proven track record in commercial operations, capital raising, stakeholder management, and investor relations.
Prior to Nanopower, he led strategic and financial teams in various organizations. With his proven track record in commercial operations, capital raising, and investor relations, Sus will drive Nanopower's financial strategy and help shape the company’s future as a transformative leader in semiconductor innovation.
As CFO, Sus will oversee the finance and strategy functions, ensuring the company continues to lead in power-efficient semiconductor solutions. His extensive experience across global markets, strategic management, and stakeholder engagement will be key in fueling Nanopower’s growth.
