1. HOW WE PROCESS DATA

1.1. Google Analytics

Website visitor statistics are collected through third-party cookies from Google Analytics. Google records your IP address to link activities in one session, making it easier to understand usage patterns. The IP address is anonymized so that we do not have the opportunity to associate the activities with a specific person. We use these statistics to provide more interesting website content and to constantly improve. We cannot track data of individuals. Read more about cookies in section 4 "Cookies".
Data deletion routine: Stored user and event data is deleted after 26 months.

1.2. Contact form / booking form (HubSpot)

We use the contact form on our website to establish contact between you and the nearest NanoPower. The information you can fill in is: name, phone, company, e-mail address and the nature of the inquiry. By clicking on the "Send" button you agree that the NanoPower may use this information to contact you and assist you with the inquiry. The contact form is also stored as a copy in the Expression Engine publishing tool. This copy is used only as a backup and a technical check of the ordering system. Data deletion routine: 26 months.

1.3. Newsletter (MailChimp and HubSpot)

You may opt to subscribe to our newsletters by filling out a registration form on our website. During this operation we collect your e-mail address and also your first and last name. By clicking the "Send" button you give us permission to send you newsletters by e-mail. Your e-mail address will not be used for other purposes and will not be resold to third parties.

Routine for data deletion: Your data will be deleted at your discretion through an easily accessible unsubscribe link in our newsletter or by contacting us directly.

2. WHO HAS ACCESS THE TO DATA?

Only webmasters at NanoPower AS have access to statistical and personal data. We never sell information to third parties.

Subcontractors (programmers and web designers) who are given access to the website and statistical data must comply with our privacy policy through a mutual data processing agreement. Subcontractors do not process personal data, but have access to such data to provide technical and/or design assistance.

3. YOUR RIGHT TO TRANSPARENCY, CORRECTIONS, AND DELETION

You have a right to access the information we have stored about you, learn how we use the data, who has access to it, how long it is stored and where data was collected. You have the right to request that we make changes in the information we have about you.

You also have the right to demand the deletion of personal data that you deem unnecessary for us to store. And you have the right to withdraw your consent if a consent was the basis for our storage of the data.
