Nanopower visited Viva Technology and Sophia Antipolis in France.

Vivatech 22-25th of May 2024, Paris, France

VivaTech-1200x628Hosting 165,000+ visitors, Vivatech is the most innovative tech expo in France. Responding to the world’s biggest challenges by accelerating innovation.

Nanopower's COO André Grytbakk and CEO Tore Irgens Kuhnle visited the event for the first time.

The goal was to get a better understanding of the French technology market. Vivatech had an impressive breadth from the large French luxury brands to small companies with amazing solutions, many of which we have never encountered before. We left impressed by the multitude of exhibitors and cutting-edge technologies on display.

Sophia Antipolis 27th of May 2024, Valbonne, France

Sophia-Antipolis-1200x628

Sophia Antipolis is Europe's largest science and technology hub in southeast France, and home to 2,500 companies employing more than 38,000 people.

Nanopower was hosted by Valérie Gooris from the Sophia Antipolis Foundation. who had lined up a full day of inspiring meetings and tour of the park. Nanopower met with technology and business experts from a variety of companies, including Olivier Chavrier from SCS Cluster, Gilles Briand from NXP, Remy Pottier from Arm, Julien Holtzer from X-PERT, and Dimitry Gusev from Menta.

Sophia Antipolis is a place to be counted on with a combination of cutting-edge technology and innovation but even more importantly, an ecosystem of companies that manages to amplify their individual strengths. We will definitely be back for collaboration and inspiration!

Thank you Valérie for arranging and piloting us through the day!
